Maintenance Planner

$28- $30/hourExpress is looking for a Maintenance Planner for a company in Columbia County.
This is a full time, evaluation to hire position.
Pay Range:
$28-$30/hourJob Duties & Requirements Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant.
Responsible for developing detailed Bill of Materials for the equipment in the plant and enter these into the system.
Develop maintenance routines for all wear components, for each machine and enter into the system.
Determine what spare parts should be stocked and organize the storeroom to house.
Responsible for setting up auto-reorder in system.
Assist in ordering/receiving as needed.
Generate work orders and work packages daily and assist the team as needed in the execution of these work orders.
Will manage the KPI's for the maintenance functions.
Will lead all planning for any major outages.
Spend time gaining an understanding of equipment operations to plan improvements.
Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that all parts, special tools, and equipment are ready for any planned work.
Work with the Production Leader to plan/schedule regular updates on overhaul maintenance periods.
Work with Craft to ensure the detail in the work packages are understood.
Skills & Experience Previous use of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or related experience.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Must have an intermediate degree of technical and analytical skill.
Ability to do simple math calculations.
Ability to work in higher temperature/ humidity areas.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
